Since 2012 GenussSucht has been the very personal blog which has documented my path from culinary curiosity through all kinds of formations to growing into being a wine and food professional. It captures my private stories, my innate love for the french food and wine heritage, the path of growing into a quality-driven wine and food world and finding my spot in its professional heart.
gouttes & goûts on the other side has been founded in december 2014 as the consequence to becoming a wine professional. It started out as a german blog but following the demand of the international clientele I work with, I first transformed it into an english blog but soon realized the blog format wasn’t exactly as fulfilling as I desired. Dedicating myself more and more to in-depth portraits of wine regions and finding the essence of their culinary soul I have taken my publishing one step further. My latest project is CUVÉE Magazine, a printed magazine with much more impact, which I have launched in January 2017: 100% independent publishing, 100% dedication, 100% in-depth portraits and personal stories about one wine region at a time. The journey has just started with the first issue CUVÉE Magazine No.1 | Champagne and I am just preparing CUVÉE Magazine No. 2 | Chablis which will be out june, 2017.
